ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE
By signing up to Soapscription, you agree to the following terms of service. These services may be changed from time to time and will be added on to this Terms of Service. These Terms of Service apply to all users Soapscription including, without limitation, registered and unregistered users.
ELIGIBILITY
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you may not under any circumstances or for any reason sign up to Soapscription. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer Soapscription including the free trial offer to any person or entity and may change our eligibility criteria at any time.
REGISTRATION
To sign up for Soapscription, you must provide accurate information and keep your account information updated. You shall not impersonate any person and use any other name or details without their permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including your login details and keeping your payment details up to date. You may never use another person’s user account or registration information for our services without permission.
CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
There is no long term commitment attached to our monthly subscription and you can cancel your subscription any time by contacting our Customer Services team by emailing soapscription@bubbletcosmetics.com stating your subscription order number, email address and full name. Please note that you will still be charged for any box which is dispatched before we receive your notice of cancellation, and your cancellation will be confirmed via email.
COOLING-OFF PERIOD
You have 14 days following the date on which you receive your first box to cancel your subscription. If you exercise your right to cancel within the cooling-off period, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation in the same condition you receive them. If you cancel during the 14-day cooling-off period and we have already charged you, you will receive a full refund of the money paid. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services team by emailing soapscription@bubbletcosmetics.com stating your subscription order number, email address and full name.
Please note that if you do not receive any cancellation confirmation then we would advise you to resend this email over to the team in case it has been flagged as spam. All cancellations will be confirmed via email and your account has not been cancelled until you have received confirmation.
RETURNING GOODS
To return your items, all bottles must be undamaged and unused to receive a full refund or cancellation of ongoing subscription. We recommend getting proof of postage or using a tracked service when returning any items to ensure nothing is lost in transit.

FREE TRIAL BOX
The 2x 100ml bath and shower gels in your first box will be free of charge and have been specially designed to last around two weeks, giving us enough time to prepare, charge and dispatch your first full-sized box.
You will only be required to pay for (i) items that you add in addition to your ongoing Soapscription and (ii) any extra delivery charges that occur with this.
This trial box is limited and payment details for Soapscriptions can only be used once per email and per household. We reserve the right to monitor and investigate any orders placed. Our system may cancel any orders it sees as misusing the system at any time.
INGREDIENTS AND SENSITIVE SKIN
If you have sensitive skin or believe you may be sensitive to any specific ingredients then we would advise you to contact us before signing up to Soapscription. In other cases, we would advise you to do a patch test before using as we do use small amounts of natural fruit extracts, tea extracts and essential oils in our products which may cause skin issues.

YOUR ONGOING SUBSCRIPTION
Each month you will receive up to 3 boxes, with each box containing 2x bath & shower gels. You will be asked to choose your quantity and preferred scents when initially signing up to Soapscription, and then will be prompted to choose each month’s scents via your Account on an ongoing basis. If no choice is made, the default option of Mixed Box will be selected to ensure you don’t miss out.
PAYMENT
All orders of Soapscription are charged through ReCharge app on a monthly basis as this is an ongoing subscription service.
When you sign up, you are asked to add your payment card and this must be an active card. Any cards fraudulently used or used with the intent to claim a free trial box will receive a full investigation and we reserve the right to claim any amounts owed to us.
You will be in full control of how many boxes you receive next month and the contents of these boxes. Each full-sized box contains 2x 200ml bath & shower gels at a price of £4.99 and P&P will be placed on top of this. This will be fully shown in the final stage before you enter your card details.
You choose your next month's fragrances and quantities and this is clearly displayed before you enter your payment details. Once you have entered your payment details, you will be charged each month as part of this ongoing subscription service. Your free trial box is directly connected to your first full-month's box and cancellation requests can only be processed within 24 hours of signing up to Soapscription or after your first full-sized box has been dispatched.
This is an ongoing subscription service and all active subscribers will be charged on a monthly basis. Our system will automatically attempt to process any missed payments for you to ensure you'll never run out of soap again.

When using the wheel pop-up, please note that only the first discount shown is valid on www.bubbletcosmetics.com. Multiple spins will result in multiple discounts shown, however these will not be valid. Discounts apply ONLY to full priced products in both the bath & shower/skincare collections.
